(5-1) NPM8-15 TAPE
1. Applicable Cable:
– 600V TFR-8 Cable, and CV Cable
 
2. Descriptions:

  • Extrusion coating of Polyethylene polymer on a glass braided surface prevents dusts from spreading out when taping.
  • Prevents Mica surface from cracks when taping.
  • Fire resistant grade 800~850°C.

1. Applicable Cable:

600v refractory cable (TFR-8), CV Cable, Marin Cables as a refractory layer.

2. Descriptions:

  • Refractory tape, which, glass braided layer is bonded on the Phlogopite(natural mica) paper side with heat-resistant silicone adhesive.
  • NPM-13 overlaps between the conductor and the non-conductor which creates the fire-resistant layer. NPM013 can be taped to bind multi-core cable.
  • Mainly used for small or mid-sized conductors.
  • Phlogopite Mica is heat resistant up to 800~ 850°C.

1. Applicable Cable:
– Marin cables, TFR-8 refractory cable.

2. Descriptions:

  • Refractory tape, which, glass braided layer is bonded on the fluorophlogopite(synthetic mica) paper side with heat-resistant silicone adhesive.
  • Higher heat resistant than the natural mica
  • This is a thin, lightweight product is used to reduce the outer diameter of the applied cables.
  • Fluorophlogopite Mica is heat resistant up to 950~ 1,000°C.

2. Descriptions:

  • Glass braided layer is bonded on the fluorophlogopite(synthetic mica) paper side with adhesive and coated with PE. polymer.
  • Satisfies Horizontal flammability test(HRFT) and Vertical flammability test (VTFT)
  • Heat resistant up to 800~850°C. Vertical flammable test passes at 820°C/20 min.

  • Used for the high-voltage power transformer installation.
  • Excellent performance as a heat, flame resistant.
